These letters prove our point. Box O was acquired without public approval and was pushed through by their own office of hearings and appeals, not by the citizenry or local public who would be most effected. Though we presented numerousexamples to illustrate the lopsided exchange, the examples were waved offas non existent. We therefore believe that the ranch should be auctionedback to private ownership. And all other private lands be protectedfrom this aggression to take away property from private ownership.

Below are letters and information of a community that was ignored by a government which sets its own goals and does not followthe will of the people. Please allow time for this rather large page of actual letters to download. There can be only one solution; and that is to return all lands to their respective states, counties and cities. So that people most affected by these issues will have the most control.

A Note to remember while reviewing these letters is that 95% or more of the people most affected by the exchange "The Public" was against the exchange and understood by past dealings with the BLM, that their plans where self serving and their interest had little to do with public opinion, which these letters prove

The Interiors own judges state that the public will be best served when the signaturesbelow which are the "public, more importantly the public most affected, proveand affirm the opposite.

The denialof the existence of the many land price comparisons including timber valuesthat we sent them and of the fact that they ignored that we did send them"factual foundations" from real up to date property values. Shows severebias to their own department.

How is it that a department such as BLM, which is in fact part of the Department of theInterior, have its own Department of the Interior Office of Hearings andAppeals?; And by it, make its own judgments concerning itself and its conflictswith the public that employs it?; And when the public presents that it willnot serve them well, that they present a finding that it does?

It is obvious that BLM creates their own projects, then defends those projects as bestserving the people. When the people state that it is not in their best interest,the BLM presents they have the whole of the greater populous behind themwhen they do not. They then set into motion a departmental procedure thatmoves forward without regard to the public most affected. Their constantreferral to us as their neighbors is sickening at best, and presented togive them an image of being friendly, when in fact as the above letters provethey can care less about their neighbors and will in fact take steps to eventake away their land through executive order; steps BLM themselves set intomotion.
