Law, Freedoms Law, Good Law, Bad Law and Laws of Tyranny:

The saddest part of our countries condition, is our laws and legal system's so called ``interpretation" of our basic law foundations of freedom.

How can respect be shown to laws, legal systems, judges or law officers when they themselves do not obey and uphold the laws that supersede and legitimate all other laws in this country.

Hitler and the King of England depended on so called "laws" to control and imprison their subjects and enemies alike.

Laws if not based on freedom and justice, are simply manipulative devices and tools for one person or government to control another.

Law and Order do not supersede Just Law, Certain Inalienable Rights and Justice.

Briton had many laws to do just that to the colonists, yet the colonists understood justice and broke their governments laws becoming traitors to their own country and patriots of freedom and justice.

The first problem is the fact that some parts of even our most basic laws now are interpreted at all.

The laws of that day were clearly posted.

The Grievances that the founders presented were clearly written.

And most importantly, "Certain", "Inalienable" "God given" "Rights" indisputably declared.

One of the first excuses you hear are that this isn't then and things change;

The fact is that nothing ever changes, control over another mans freedoms and liberties are always the same.

Samples of injustices today:

1.) Taxes - Property, Income and other taxes:

Taxes have gone far beyond the original intentions of the founders of the Declaration of Independence which presented in the 17th Grievance that no taxation shall be without peoples "CONSENT"

One of the first basics and most misused rights of today is ones ability of being secure in ones house, papers and effects (meaning Property). The offenses against this inalienable Right are:

1.) Property tax- If you don't pay your property tax, you loose your home. This tax is an illegal tax as it breaches the security of being secure in ones home. (see Socialism vs Fiscal vs Freedom) See also Patriot Tax

2.) Income Tax- How can one be secure in ones house, papers and property when all activities that you do can be scrutinized and examined and all that you own be placed at jeopardy should you not present the information or misrepresent that information you are forced to present.

How can anyone be secure in house papers and effects when all must be laid open for all to see and all at jeopardy of confiscation.

The second of the most misused rights are Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

The greatest transgressors of these are:

2.) Zoning - State and local control over how and where free citizens live. Except where physical danger by close proximity of buildings or where obvious obstruction of the sun, which are functions that should simply be covered by building codes;

Zoning is a complete infringement upon Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. One person or a group of persons view of acceptable aesthetics or views of how the populous be distributed, should never be a purpose for any restricting anyone from building, partitioning their property or living anywhere they wish.

A severe damage to freedom, is where restrictions are placed on individuals or businesses freely operating. This chokes free enterprise and makes way for government bureaucracy to increase; as the operation of bureaucracies have no restrictions on building or expanding; and which favor only those larger companies that can afford to navigate through all the legal hoops they create to have the access to building, dividing or selling.

3.) Other "law" issues:

An equal or even greater damage to freedom is the joint selfish efforts of government bureaucracies (especial the Bureau of Land Management -BLM) which use and at times invoke turmoil between land owners and special interest environmental groups by publishing the controversies and making useless studies that offer no conclusions; but which purposes are only to present to the public a false need for further expansion of their own bureaucracy and job security. Special interest groups who do the same thing for their own growth and financial stability. The land owners who are simply trying to make a living are pressured so greatly that they can hardly keep their mind on making a living for fear of stringent meaningless regulations, ridiculous inflated fines and threats of loss of their leases and lively hood. Another observance of mishandled bureaucracy and that is the State Fish and Game.

Instead of propagating deer (through private & state stocks) so more people can catch more and eat more food without regulation, they reduce or ``control" the amount of deer and wildlife to minimize the amount that can be caught. They use the excuse that they do this because they don't want over grazing which is ridiculous; the amount of deer, buffalo, elk and other game wild life is less than 1/100th of what was here 100 years ago even with cattle herds.

The fact is when you compare cattle grazing to the natural effects of the huge bison and wild animal herds before man arrived with cattle, there has never been, nor does there exist a problem of ``over grazing".

Why is this done then? It is because the states make more money on licensing to support their bureaucracies than they would make if there was simply enough deer for the taking.

If the states would fire all their Fish and Game employees and spend all that money that would have spent on their salaries, dental / doctor insurance and retirement into propagating wildlife, trees etc., instead of regulations, everyone's freezer would be full and the forests would all be replanted.

It is an ironic fact that we left England because of their strict laws, where on this subject the ``kings" deer were hunted only by license and strictly regulated.

We turn more socialistic and subjective to the same tyrannical issues we fought to rid ourselves of each day.

The free way to solve this would be to allow anyone to raise deer, elk or any other wildlife, without license, and press that the states present a practice of propagation instead of regulation.

If deer run short, propagate more. If fish run short, propagate more, if trees run short, propagate more.

Prior to the 1950's this is how it was done and the woods and streams were teaming with wildlife. The mountains were a hunters paradise. Freedom works.

Free Laws:

Laws have gone from guaranteeing individual's life liberty and the pursuit of happiness to governments position of how each person's life liberty and the pursuit of happiness should be according how "they" (anyone involved in creating laws to this end, including a majority vote of the public) perceive it should be.

This is not only wrong, but entirely in conflict with our foundation of freedom.

The first excuse the government makes about laws is that they could be sued if they do not place laws to safeguard others.

You solve this by reducing the governments role in society as much as possible so that their impact is minute and conflicts unnecessary unless they intentionally attack or impose undue restrictions against a free citizen(s) freedoms i.e. the meanings described in the Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights.

Now no one can even complain as judges and attorney cannot even bring issues into court as the government simply will not be involved.

This will reduce both the need for many private / government attorneys and legal bureaucracies.

A set of additional Inalienable Rights being added that will assure freedoms that cannot be tampered with by anyone;

These Rights are as follows:

1.) The Inalienable and unchangeable Right of each person to own a house that can never be taxed or taken away for any reason. Not by failure to pay taxes or absolutely any other reason. This will cement the meaning of the Bill of Rights as one to "be secure in ones person papers and effects".

2.) The Right to own to 1000 acres that can never be taken away altered or taxed. Not by failure to pay taxes or absolutely any other reason. This will further cement the meaning of the Bill of Rights as one to "be secure in ones person, papers and effects"

3.) The right to transfer any home or property of any type whatsoever to ones heirs without taxation of any kind; nor excessive court fees as in probate over $250.00. All probate cases will be decided on by a judge, people will be encouraged to represent themselves and lawyers will not be able to charge over $250.00 to their client - all total. Most recent written Wills of any kind will be respected.

4.) No Property Tax of any kind.

5.) No Sales Tax of any commerce within US territories.

6.) No Income Tax of any kind.

7.) The only taxes that can be collected are "Import" and "Use Taxes" and only for the service being utilized under the True Patriot Tax.

This will cement the meaning of the Declaration of Independence 17th Grievance peoples Right of "no taxation without our Consent" or "no taxation without representation of that which is to be purchased in item or service" Which is the real meaning of the law, and not representation involving a "representative" in "person" -

The colonist's had British representatives that were always representing them wrongly and that is what they were getting rid of; the real meaning which is further established by the 17th Grievance is that there is no taxation without ones Consent that is not "representative of" the value of that item or service which is to be purchased. Declaration of Independence: Seventeenth Grievance (defining tyranny): " For imposing taxes on us without our consent;

8.) No numbers or other Identification of any kind shall any person within the boarder of the USA be required to present.

Declaration of Independence: Seventh Grievance (defining tyranny): He has endeavored to prevent the population of these states; for that purpose obstructing the laws for naturalization of foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migration hither, and raising the conditions of new appropriations of lands.

Local law enforcement will have total authority over their own jurisdictions.

Only in the cases of infractions of those Inalienable Rights shall federal jurisdiction exceed such authority for the sole purpose of protecting those individual Rights.

Declaration of Independence: "... That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men.."

9.) Drivers licenses of any kind will be required only Once per lifetime. Physical limitations requirements only upon request of the citizen or by a officer who during an infraction of traffic laws sees the need for a doctors evaluation to make sure of safe driving conditions.

10.) Steps that will be taken to reduce government spending and keep it in absolute control. A freeze on government hiring of all nonessential government jobs until it is; and return all federal lands to the respective states and counties.

a.) Published Graph of all federal, state and local governments expenditures and activities in a nationally standardized format easy to read and understand. Published quarterly so the people will be able to keep track constantly on government.

b.) Place a freeze on the hiring of all nonessential government agencies and place all nonmilitary government agencies under total state control for management with absolutely no federal requirements or stipulations. See True Patriot Tax.
