US Constitution of CDF Civil Defense Force Constitution Review Demands, CDF Command Center for Educating US Armed Forces, Military, Militia, Police, Fire, Civilian, FBI, CIA, ATF

Below are listed the demands of the CDF Civil Defense Foundation representing the free people of these United States.

1.) The removal of the Federal Governments ``Eminent Domain". Where as the federal government will have no powers of land except in time of war in defense of certain inalienable rights. All lands ownership will revert to the states as was intended in the Declaration of Independence.

2.) The abolishment of all condemnation laws of land, property, effects or wealth; Land occupations only exception is in in time of war against foreign countries where it is necessary for the protection of this country that military must occupy private land. For this purpose and this purpose alone shall private land be occupied and for no greater time or duration than 2 years. After this time the land will revert back and be returned to the original owner in the condition it was at the time of occupation. The owner being paid promptly and adequately for its use and loses incurred.

3.) The acknowledgment that zoning of any type or form is unconstitutional as it is in direct violation and in conflict with life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness and its practice prohibited within the United States and US Territories. That Zoning be replaced with a simple law that enables anyone to build anything so long as it does not evade someone else's property or block another persons sunlight. And that any building built prior to others has the grandfather right to not only remain, but be rebuilt again to the same or greater height.

4.) The United Nations as it stands be abolished and reduced to one rented at the time of need for open discussions of world affairs. All meetings will be public accessible. All nations will be independent and sovereign in there actions and wear their own colors in any action. UN emblems and clothing will be abolished and all UN equipment be sold.

5.) Taxes for Military, government bureaucracies will be derived from import and export taxes alone and subject to the vote of the people. No federal taxes can be derived directly from any other source but from social security that is to be collected by the respective states. No levy's can be attached to the states or to the taxes derived.

6.) Taxes for social security and schools will be derived from toll taxes which will be collected by and be the duty of each state independently. Toll taxes will be subject to the vote of the people.

7.) There will be no taxation without representation. This means no tax will be collected without an amount prior agreed and voted upon, in a amount that represents the amount to be spent and toward the need presented. This does not mean that the tax will be dispersed by a representative of the people.

8.) Taxes will be collected without names or numbers attached to them and it will be a federal crime to tax any persons income up to 10 million dollars. A flat 10% tax will be voluntary on income between 10 and 15 million and levied on income over 20 million.

9.) Property taxes will be prohibited to allow people to purchase and remain on and improve property for any benefit they can derive; without outside intervention. Sales Taxes will be prohibited. All toll and use taxes will be subject to voter approval.

10.) No ``general" tax funds may be collected. All taxes including emergency funds must be presented to the people and voted upon.

11.) Land ownership of any single entity or person; or combined person or entity interest will be limited to 25,000 acres. Leases can extend beyond this but no single lease agreement in time can extend beyond 5 years before re-negotiating and cannot overlap other leases. Monopoly laws will remain intact and subject to federal court ruling. This and Monopoly laws will be subject to a court ruling.

12.) Based on the grievance which founded freedom this country which reads: 12.) He (the king) has affected to render the military independent
of and superior to the civil power. The federal government is to present to the general public and to standing militias, armament that will be adequate in presenting a standing civil force, which is wholly and completely independent from the federal government, with an equal and greater strength than the federal standing military. Such will bear no allegiance but to the meanings and laws of the Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights as first written. No requirements shall be issued to any person or group. No names or numbers shall be required. Lessons and training will be freely offered to all citizens by the US Military with no requirements. No federal agency shall search or invade privacy of any individual regarding this requirement; placing full trust upon the governed where as our Declaration of Independence presents:

``That, to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers ``from" the consent of the governed; that, whenever "any" form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the ``right" of the ``people" to ``alter" ``or" to ``abolish" it, and to institute a new government, laying its foundation on ``such" principles, and organizing its ``powers" in ``such" form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are ``more disposed to suffer", while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

But when a long train of ``abuses" and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to ``throw" off such government and to provide new guards for their future security Such has been the patient suffering of these colonies, and such is now the necessity which constrains them to ``alter their former systems of government"

13.) Salaries for all federal government officials shall be the same and subject to the vote of the people in a general election not to exceed 10% greater or 10% less than the average Americans wage.

14.) Government employees cannot belong to any type or sort of union as unions have been found to dictate to their members. Government employees are to be considered public servants and not professionals or members of any profession. Any federal employment or office will be limited to 8 years.

15.) The military will first honor and pledge allegiance to the literal meanings and the grievances of the Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights as law; then the Constitution so long as it abides within those boundaries.

16.) The supreme courts and all lower courts must acknowledge the meanings, grievances and rights literally and as absolute law in all cases.

17.) FCC will be disbanded but for its safety regulations regarding construction of towers and radio waves. All air waves will be open to the public and subject only to civil laws and courts that will freely distribute the rights to individuals or groups respecting obvious signal overlaps.

18.) A freeze will be placed on all hiring of nonessential government agencies until these agencies are reduced by natural process; and as states take over the necessary duties that will be financed by their respective states.

19.) Zoning of any type will be abolished. Zoning has no place in a free country. Zoning is not only in direct violation of ``Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness it also squeezes free enterprise so that it cannot easily establish itself - providing no place for a free people to make a living but for to jump into the open arms of the bureaucracy; thereby becoming dependent upon the government and a burden to free enterprise and a free people.
