Here is a prime example of Blind Patriotism at its worst. Government Factions designed to do the same underhanded operations that was employed by the King of England during the Revolution and before. Spying on its citizenry, invoking laws that restrict individual powers, enforce laws that restrict individual freedoms and present forces greater than the civilian powers - Where does it say this? The SO CALLED "Patriot Act" is no less a criminal act directly against freedom of this country and most likely thought up by the European and US banks to extract more information to control the United States citizenry.

The FBI and CIA who have chosen to be mindless puppets and "only do their job" without question, bear the greatest guilt of socialism of any. None of the people defend our freedoms.

And None defend our right TO DEFEND OURSELVES AS FREE CITIZENS, WHICH IS OUR RIGHT.

What powers should these FBI and CIA themselves posses?:

1.) The FBI:

Investigations only.

No policing and no regulating. States and Countys will take over any necessary regulations.

Investigations by warrant issued by federal judge and granted by local judge only.

No armament except for personal protection.

Their purpose should only be to provide information to the US citizenry, local and state police, and the CIA. Limited to work within the United States Only;

Information gathered must be given to local authorities to enforce or not to enforce; subject not to state constitutions but to first the meanings sit forth by the Declaration of Independence and the literal meanings of the Bill of Rights and then the Constitution subject to restrictions placed upon it by the afore mentioned documents and "Certain, Inalienable, Rights;

The FBI cannot work on joint operations with any other agency and will be subject to local law enforcement and community inquires, searches and control.

Must swear to uphold the meanings set forth in the Declaration of Independence;

Remember, freedom and the Revolutionary War was fought and won defending this document alone, NOT the Constitution!

The Constitution would not have existed without the Declaration of Independence being fought for;

Nor would the Constitution had been ratified without the Bill of Rights, so they must swear to uphold these;

Then only if the Constitution remains true to these Factors/Meanings/Inalienable Rights, presented in the Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights, to swear to uphold the Constitution.

2.) The CIA:

Should be limited to accumulation of foreign information only.

Cannot operate to collect information within the United States or any of its domains.

Information reported to public monthly as to their work and accumulation of information, except when information is subject to national security;

National security is defined as protection first of the meanings set forth by the Declaration of Independence and the literal meanings of the Bill of Rights and then the Constitution subject to restrictions placed upon it by the afore mentioned documents and the national populous that support these documents. Such information documented as being such by a panel of elected constitutionally upholding judges.

All activities other than outside US is restricted to information reporting.

No policing within US states or territories.

No armament except personal protection

All operations are subject to congressional and State approval.

Must swear to uphold the meanings set forth in the Declaration of Independence; remember freedom and the Revolutionary War was fought and won defending this document, NOT the Constitution!

The Constitution would not have been ratified without the Bill of Rights, so they must swear to uphold these;

Then only if the Constitution remains true to these Factors/Meanings/Inalienable Rights, to swear to uphold the Constitution.

3.) The ATF:

Should be entirely disbanded.

There is no reason for an additional policing agency with the entire pretense to their existence being in fact against the meanings of the Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights and Constitution.

For these reasons:

1. The 12th Grievance of the Declaration of Independence presents the civilian power must be "equal to or greater than the standing army".

2. The right of THE PEOPLE (as in We "the People", "to form"..." meaning the people prior to any government; and further defined in the 12th Grievance as to the "exact meaning") to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

3. Actually all these things that the name this government branch implies, Alcohol, Tobacco and Fire Arms should be legal. The ATF organization is completely unconstitutional.

Drug enforcement is a whole different matter.

Keeping harmful drugs of the street is a good thing. But alcohol is legal and illegal use when driving is a punishable.

The only reason the government has its hands in tobacco or alcohol, is to extract more taxes to support a huge ever growing bureaucracy.

It regulates guns simply to keep the strength of the citizenry minimal as year by year it widens the gap between the civilian and military strengths.

The Standing Military Strengths of today is flatly in opposition of freedom in regard to the 12th Grievance and 2nd Bill of Rights.

The laws presented in regulating alcohol, tobacco and firearms create a crime where there should be none.

Laws for criminal misuse are always acceptable after the fact; But not prevention other than simple education where by individual personal responsibility is the sole restrictive factor ;

Prevention law always equals "Socialism" regardless of its title; Always.

But do not confuse crime with the rights of possession and Right to use.

Do not confuse Criminal activity with Patriotic Duty and Rights.
