See the Patriot Party solution to the two party monopoly, The Patriot Party is made up of registered Republicans, Libertarians, Democrats who wish to see the true intent of the founding fathers of this country realized.  The two candidate voting system: This system allows the voter to vote for the candidate he believes will be the best person for the job; If that person does not get enough votes, his second choice is recorded. This allows the voter to vote his conscience first without throwing away a crucial vote. An example would be, if you believed Peroutka was the best person for the job as president but did not want to loose a vote to W.  Bush  You would simply vote Peroutka as your first choice and W. Bush for second choice; If Peroutka did not carry the votes necessary to be a contender, you would not loose anything;  This is because  the second choice vote for Bush would automatically  engage and be counted for Bush. This innovative voting system allows for greater options to vote your conscience. The American Patriot Party and Oregon Patriot Party, Championing the "No Names No Numbers Tax" System Bill;  The States Liberty Bill, Federal Government Patriot Tax System Reform Bill, Zoning Abolishment  Bill; The Private Person and Property Security Bill and the Freedom Responsibility Bill  which places the responsibility on every court and government agency at every level to have the power to refuse laws that it deems contrary to the Inalienable Rights guaranteed by the Declaration of Independence as intended by the founders letters and constitution of this country without reprimand by federal, state, county or other entity, thereby empowering the responsibility defined in the Declaration of Independence wherein it states clearly: "That, to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; that, whenever "any form" of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the "right" of "the people" to "alter" or to "abolish" it, and to institute a new government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness... ---------- Note, that when this was written, it did not mean within the constraints of the existing law or within the constraint of a government procedure such as a voting system, as they stood outside and apart from their own present government at that time, and had no legal government. They were individuals making a stand. This imposed a power of a people, any group of people; not of a, or any, government. The Declaration of Independence defines 1.) a free individual his first right and duty and; 2.) 40 Definitions of a Tyrannical government in which to impose your first right and duty upon. The Constitution's purpose is to fully,  in compliance with the Declaration of Independence's foundation, limit the powers of the Federal Government. This is the sole purpose of the Constitution and it does not, in any way, overwrite the foundations and duties laid out by the Declaration of Independence.

Clearly as written in the Constitution Article VI, that the Constitution is bound by prior Oaths which are Engagements of the People, declared in The Declaration of Independence, and all agreements set forth in the Confederation; All those and future laws subject ultimately to those oaths which are "Engagements" of and with the People presented in the Declaration of Independence, "Not Withstanding". Constitution: Article VI: All Debts contracted "and "Engagements" entered into (Oaths and Declarations), before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution as under the "Confederation". This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be "made" in >>>"pursuance thereof"<<< ; and all Treaties (Oaths and Declarations) "made", or which shall be "made", under the Authority of the United States, shall be supreme Law of the Land ...."     Having lived on Jenny Creek for over 30 years it has sickened our family as well as all of the neighbors of our area, to have been manipulated and jerked around for years by individuals of the BLM who just won't leave people be.

By deftly sending notices and letters, with no idea of the stress their printed legal powers can cause with threats of what they will do "if you don't do what they say";  or the effect these notices have to a family who sits around their table at night wishing to talk about something else, but forced to stressfully discuss what they must do to please a pitiful little bureaucrat; who has nothing better to do than impose his meaningless paperwork and regulations on others...then claim he's "just doing his job" or obeying administrative laws that he himself wrote and placed in the books.

These are the same tactics we removed in the Revolutionary war and have returned:

3rd Grievance of the Declaration of Independence: "He has refused to pass other laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of representation in the legislature; a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only." (Zoning "Conditional use" permits which people must sign before building and administrative laws, judges and courts the uphold such relinquishments where they should not - for inalienable rights are not relinquishable)

4th Grievance of the Declaration of Independence: "He has called together legislative bodies, at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the repository of their public records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures"; (The BLM has courts in the state of "Virginia" that decide on administrative laws and to rule, they all but ignore pleas from individuals and if their strict legal "proceedure' is not adhered to, your pleas are worthless - absolutely worthless. If the world wildlife and other international organizations such as UN sanctions send in more letters than your little community, the BLM steps on the will of your community, saying that it is in the greater public interest of others who live nowhere near your area)

5th Grievance of the Declaration of Independence: "He has dissolved representative houses repeatedly for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people." (BLM has their own administrative judges laws and rules)

7th Grievance of the Declaration of Independence: "He has endeavored to prevent the population of these states; for that purpose obstructing the laws for naturalization of foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migration hither, and raising the conditions of new appropriations of lands."  (monuments, land condemnation, regulations that surround, control and remove)

13th Grievance of the Declaration of Independence:  "He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitutions and unacknowledged by our laws, giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation" (UN and wildlife Organizations and administrative laws, procedures, judges and courts)

17th Grievance of the Declaration of Independence: "For imposing taxes on us without our consent"; (self explanatory - the 16th amendment found unconstitutional by the supreme court was manipulated by making it a part of the constitution through an amendment - thereby corrupting the constitution itself.)

20th  Grievance of the Declaration of Independence: For abolishing the free system of English laws in a neighboring province, establishing therein an arbitrary government, and enlarging its boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these colonies; (Administrative laws, procedures, judges and courts, Presidential declarations which where created for, and as, a war powers act to protect us from enemies, have now begun to be used to attack the citizens of the United States)

22nd Grievance of the Declaration of Independence: For suspending our own legislatures and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever. (Presidential declarations which where created for, and as, a war powers act to protect us from enemies, have now begun to be used to attack the citizens of the United States)



The 10th Grievance of the Declaration of Independence:

"He has erected a multitude of new offices and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people and eat out their substance".

The Federal government is guilty of all these.

Complete Removal of federal ownership and control of lands within the states is the only answer.  See Bill being Drafted.

Here are the "tactics" we see used over and over again.

• Playing one against the other ranchers against environmentalists then acting as if they are needed to be and intermediary.
   
• Two steps forward, one step back - by putting pressure on ranchers then stepping back to let them cool down then press again and again to wear them down;
   
• Charge for things that historically were free  (making people think it is needed to support BLM's expenses)
   
• Raise the price on lease land if you irrigate it with your own water;
   
• Create more regulations they themselves invent. This is done by "suggesting" the regulations to Washington who know nothing but what they are told by their district offices, then, when the regulation is deftly returned in paper, they present it as a law handed to them from Washington that they and we must obey; And have the gall to tell us they had nothing to do with it.
   
• Make and instigate ridiculous study conclusions on something to send to Washington- and then say it is Washington's fault for making regulations on that regulation that "they themselves" have to uphold;
   
• Create a new language dictionary of words which make rocks, dirt, grass and water sound important (such as "Bio Diversity" among hundreds of others, to make their useless projects seem important);
   
• and then print endless books on their useless ever-changing findings using these words and send out press releases to make it appear they are important and needed;
   
• Create volunteer programs they oversee, while they themselves get paid high salaries (using helicopters and other expensive equipment) and additional gain "press worthiness".
   
• Send letters and notices to people for trespass when it effects nothing;
   
• Invent some critical condition that isn't there or is just nature taking its course then writing and printing tons of material on it.;
   
• Make a study that presents information that has absolutely no bearing on anything and redo it each year to keep a "watch" on it;
   
• Hire more people beneath them to secure their advancement in position, salary, benefits and retirement and spend everything that is given to them each year so they can say they need more the next.

  ---

  What a racket! : ( Racket: 2. A dishonest business or practice, especially one that obtains money through fraud or extortion. 3.a. An easy, profitable means of livelihood.)  That spells BLM to a "T" It is like making money and creating job security on sewing the 'Emperors New Suit'; and no one is saying or doing anything about it!
