US Pacific Command, Oregon Patriot Party, Bureaucracies .

Governments that use subjugation to maintain peace, and progressive policies to advance government bureaucratic expansion, are instigators of unrest and eventual conflicts greater than any criminal organization; and are the eventual propagators of war and revolution .

Bureaucracies of Socialism:

The Dictionary Definition of Bureaucracy:

1.a. Administration of a government chiefly through bureaus or departments staffed with non elected officials.
b. The departments and their officials as a group.

2. Management or administration marked by diffusion of authority among numerous offices and adherence to inflexible rules of operation.

3. An administrative system in which the need or inclination to follow complex procedures impedes effective action.

How they operate and grow:

The tail wagging the dog method most commonly used and is very evident as socialism progresses within a country:

In the states, the first excuse a government official will use is that they are ``just doing their job" (see ``Police" about ``just doing their job" and ``Flag" on ``blind patriotism")

... and that their main ``Washington Bureau" makes the laws they are enforcing and the acquisitions they are planning.

What they do not tell you, is that same government main office creates their laws based on the so called studies of the "local office" you are hearing the excuse from.

It is the local office that issue the exaggerated reports, studies and expenditures to maintain growth of the their bureaucracy.

By showing a false need, the local office, by increasing their employees, advance their positions, pay raises and retirement benefits.

By removing the double layer of bureaucracy, Federal over state and county, which will allow county local control over employment, salaries and positions of all government employment positions, the present tax burden can be curbed.

Certain Bureaucracies that need to be Disbanded Completely.

1.) Bureau of Land Management (BLM)

Except for timber sales and surveying which can easily be transferred to each of the states counties to do, this organization is totally corrupt and useless.

It is too easily manipulated by federal mandates, international policies and special interest groups.

By removing all lands to the ownership of the states and control of the respective counties, this huge tax burden can be entirely eliminated.

States and counties have all the necessary resources to adequately manage the land within their own boarders.

The BLM and Department of the Interior, are severely bloated and out of hand in their exaggerated practices.

They often use one side of an issue against another an encourage citizens to report other citizens for frivolous and silly infractions to their "created laws" then make a report to show what great management works they are doing by "regulation".

They create an endless line of self imposed, or self caused studies that are for the greater part useless make work projects, for the sole purpose of causing an increase of government jobs and building false reasons for their existence.

They create so called ``volunteer programs" and get special interest groups involved while they spend tax payer money to pay themselves to create, enact and manage the programs. Again using it for media exposure.

All federal lands need to be returned in ownership and control to the states and respective counties.

This will reduce this huge burden on tax payers.

The Counties will manage all lands as they see fit.

2.) The IRS

It takes half of all the 1.2+ trillion dollars that is paid in taxes for regulation and collection of those taxes (Heritage Foundation figures) It costs billions more to tax payers in "compliance costs".

Such losses are unacceptable. The Implementation of the No Names No Numbers Tax System would eliminate all need for the IRS and reduce the tax burdens to US citizens by over 50%.

The Income Tax was first found UnConstituional by the Supreme Court

To get around this, the congress passed the 16th amendment and then claimed it constitutional;

This is however in conflict with the 17th Grievance of the Declaration of Independence which defines "taxation without ones Consent" one of 40 definitions of a tyrannical government. ...

You cannot just change a definition of tyranny to make something acceptable in a free country.

The 16th Amendment remains "UnConstitutional" and an act of tyranny against the free people of the United States and needs to be immediately repealed.

3.) Zoning

Another unconstitutional branch of government (which see) needs be also eliminated as it is one of the major restrictions who's regulations forces free enterprise into the open arms of the federal government.

The Solution

There is only one way to eliminate large bureaucracies and that is to put a freeze on hiring.

In this way, those hired are not thrown out on the streets, by offering early retirement and all further growth stops.

When a federal agency is no longer manned enough, it can be closed down systematically. Those left can be moved to fill a necessary position in another agency when and if available.

With zoning and regulations restructured to promote free enterprise instead of bureaucratic growth, many job and business opportunities will arise.

The combination of doing these three things would go far in the healing of this free country.

For freedom and free enterprise to work, it needs to be un-tethered by the government.

Making free enterprise a crime, is a crime in itself.
