BLM EXPANDS MONUMENT!

BLM has presented this 2 sectioned letter to property owners within the Soda Mountain Monument in Southern Oregon. The first part presents the expansion and the second is Clinton's Monument Declaration. We have placed all the letter's pages on one page so you can simply scroll down to read. This though may take a few minutes to download if you have a slower computer (allow it the time), but is well worth it. There are 6 anda half pages.

BACK DOOR CONDEMNATION!

MAKE SURE TO READ THE BOTTOM PARAGRAPH ON PAGE 5 ('Page 2" of the Monument section) OF CLINTON"S MONUMENT DECLARATION WHICH READS:

ALL FEDERAL LANDS "AND" INTERESTS IN LANDS WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THIS MONUMENT ARE HEREBY APPROPRIATED AND WITHDRAWN FROM ALL FORMS OF ENTRY, LOCATION, SELECTION, SALE, OR LEASING OR OTHER DISPOSITION UNDER THE PUBLIC LAND LAWS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WITHDRAW FROM LOCATION, ENTRY, AND PATENT UNDER THE MINING LAWS, AND FROM DISPOSITION UNDER ALL LAWS RELATING TO MINERAL AND GEOTHERMAL LEASING, OTHER THAN BY EXCHANGE THAT FURTHERS THE PROTECTIVE PURPOSES OF THE MONUMENT. Also on theNext Page 3rd paragraph: Lands andinterests within the proposed monument not ownedby the United States shall be reserved as part of the monument "upon acquisition" of title thereto by the United States. This also leaves the door open for immediate forced purchase!... "UPON ACQUISITION"!!! It does not define how they may Acquisition it or any safeguards to private property.

<<< The so called 290 acres is structured to surround over 1000 additional PRIVATE acres!

It shows how our local BLM manager Richard Drehoble Lies exactly like Clinton and Babbit to present false information for the sole purpose of misleading the public.

We have learned from people inside BLM that Richard Drehoble on his own accord, not Clinton or Babbit, expanded the area with a stroke of his pen; this while knowing full well the adverse objections of the owners to such an expansion - which is used simply to cut off the ranches abutment to private property. This for purpose of making it a "inholder" property - an act to eventually condemn it.

Drehoble's having been at odds with this family for years, it can only be considered a personal attack for personal reasons.

You and your family's life, liberty and pursuit of happiness means nothing to them; so long as their family's life, liberty and pursuit of happiness is comfortably seated upon your back.

Here it is! Proof they intend to keep you from selling to anyone but the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.... INCLUDING LEASING YOUR LAND TO OTHERS!!! THIS IS CONDEMNATION!!! IT ALSO PLACES ALL LANDS WITHIN THE MONUMENT UNDER "THE PUBLIC LAND LAWS"! Is this not FEDERAL MONUMENT LAND LAWS????!!!
