Governments; The United States Government, Independently or collectively through its many Union and Corporate ties are corrupting the freedoms we have.

Each year those "Certain, Inalienable, Rights" defined clearly through the grievances that define tyranny in government - the opposite being 40 additional inalienable rights are being destroyed by allowing interpretation of plain simple and clearly written foundations of freedom.

The intent of these rights also clearly documented by the originating founding fathers who were the drafters and signers of the Declaration of Independence.

Declaration of Independence: "That, to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed;..."

Our Government is created to protect these rights as were defined by the Declaration of Independence: "law of Nature and natures God entitle them." and intents defined in the letters of those Founding Fathers.

That any power a government has, is there only with the consent of the people.

This does not give the people or the government the power to change or abolish inalienable rights which cannot be given away, taken away or transferred.

Declaration of Independence: ... "that, whenever any form of government becomes destructive of "these" ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute a new government, laying its foundation on "such" principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness."

In its attempt to contain crime, or under the guise of doing so, the U.S. government has itself taken over the criminals role of skimming profits and the protectionism racket through taxation, licensing and regulation;

Crimes which at any level would be less expensive and easier to control through simply letting the local governments and communities handle it in their own way..

It is a fact that complexity in government allows for concealed corruption and entanglements;

That simplicity in government lays bare any corruption.

The term ``I am just doing my job" is a pacifist statement. No person in government should ever believe, serve or be allowed to serve who utters this phrase. Pacifism is a corrupter of freedom and such statements are subservient to the workings of socialist bureaucracy.

One must first understand their first right and duty presented in the Declaration of Independence then in their jobs carry his out first, comparing all that they do with it. Doing first their duty, then their job which coincides with that duty.

Freedom allows for capitalism, not the other way around; and neither are joined at the hip. Certain, Inalienable Rights have a moral value, not a monetary value; Something bureaucracies, unions and corporations forget at their pleasure.
