The two candidate voting system:

This system allows the voter to vote for the candidate he believes will be the best person for the job;

If that person does not get enough votes, his second choice is recorded.

This allows the voter to vote his conscience first without throwing away a crucial vote.

An example would be, if you believed Ron Paul was the best person for the job as president but did not want to loose a vote to another Republican Candidate that may or may be more poular  You would simply vote Ron Paul as your first choice and the more popular candidate for second choice;

If Ron Paul did not carry the votes necessary to be a contender, you would not loose anything;

 This is because  the second choice vote would automatically  engage and be counted that candidate.

This innovative voting system allows for greater options to vote your conscience.

The American Patriot Party and Oregon Patriot Party, Championing the "No Names No Numbers Tax" System Bill;  The States Liberty Bill, Federal Government Patriot Tax System Reform Bill, Zoning Abolishment  Bill; The Private Person and Property Security Bill and the Freedom Responsibility Bill  which places the responsibility on every court and government agency at every level to have the power to refuse laws that it deems contrary to the Inalienable Rights guaranteed by the Declaration of Independence as intended by the founders letters and constitution of this country without reprimand by federal, state, county or other entity, thereby empowering the responsibility defined in the Declaration of Independence wherein it states clearly:

"That, to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; that, whenever "any form" of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the "right" of "the people" to "alter" or to "abolish" it, and to institute a new government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness...

Note, that when this was written, it did not mean within the constraints of the existing law or within the constraint of a government procedure such as a voting system, as they stood outside and apart from their own present government at that time, and had no legal government.

They were individuals making a stand.

This imposed a power of a people, any group of people; not of a, or any, government.

The Declaration of Independence defines

1.) a free individual his first right and duty and;

2.) 40 Definitions of a Tyrannical government in which to impose your first right and duty upon.

The Constitution's purpose is to fully,  in compliance with the Declaration of Independence's foundation, limit the powers of the Federal Government.

This is the sole purpose of the Constitution; and it does not, in any way, overwrite the foundations and duties laid out by the Declaration of Independence.

Clearly as written in the Constitution Article VI, that the Constitution is bound by prior Oaths which are Engagements of the People, declared in The Declaration of Independence, and all agreements set forth in the Confederation; All those and future laws subject ultimately to those oaths which are "Engagements" of and with the People presented in the Declaration of Independence, "Not Withstanding".

Constitution: Article VI: All Debts contracted "and "Engagements" entered into (Oaths and Declarations), before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution as under the "Confederation". This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be "made" in >>>"pursuance thereof"<<< ; and all Treaties (Oaths and Declarations) "made", or which shall be "made", under the Authority of the United States, shall be supreme Law of the Land ...."

Note that any law made under the Constitution is limited to laws within the "DELEGATED" Powers; The federal legislature - federal government cannot create laws outside those very limited delegated powers, nor can they "arrogate" any new powers. This is clearly defined by the Founders in the Constitutional Debates;

Patrick Henry:

... "We are told, we are afraid to trust ourselves; that our own representatives Congress will not exercise their powers oppressively; that we shall not enslave ourselves; that the militia cannot enslave themselves,  Who has enslaved France, Spain, Germany, Turkey, and other countries which groan under tyranny?

They have been "enslaved by the hands" of their "own people".

If it will be so in America, it will be only as it has been "every where else"."

Evidence of the Existence of Slavery
is Found in Society, When There Exists:

 

Within freedom there is no place for privileges; This, as there is only Freedom as defined by the founders; and  law and justice based on, and established by, those definitions of freedom.

You either possess a right, or you do not.

In freedom:

1.) All nonessential rights not expressly and necessarily ceded by ones consent, "remain":

See: Rights of the Colonists, 1772: Samuel Adams: ..."When Men enter into Society, it is by voluntary consent; and they have a right to demand and insist upon the performance of such conditions, And previous limitations as form an equitable "original" compact.-- Every natural Right not "expressly" given up or from the nature of a Social Compact "necessarily" ceded "remains".--

Constitutional debates: MONDAY, June 16, 1788.[1] [Elliot misprinted this as Monday, June 14, 1788.]:

Mr. Marshall: ..."He then concluded by observing, that the power of governing the militia was not vested in the states by implication, because, being >>>possessed of it<<<  antecedent to the adoption of the government, and >>>not being divested of it<<< by any grant or restriction in the Constitution, they must necessarily be as >>>fully possessed of it as ever they had been.<<< And it could not be said that the states derived any powers from that system, >>>but retained them,<<< "though not acknowledged in any part of it".




2.) All essential natural rights cannot ever be ceded, even by consent, as this is voluntary slavery:

Rights of the Colonists, 1772: Samuel Adams:  "... In short it is the greatest absurdity to suppose it in the power of one or any number of men at the entering into society, to renounce their essential natural rights, or the means of preserving those rights when the great end of civil government from the very nature of its institution is for the support, protection and defense of those very rights: the principal of which as is before observed, are "life" "liberty" and "property". If men through fear, fraud or mistake, should in terms renounce and give up any essential natural right, the eternal law of reason and the great end of society, would absolutely vacate such renunciation; the [Volume 5, Page 396] right to freedom being the gift of God Almighty, it is not in the power of Man to alienate this gift, and voluntarily become a slave--"

A modern example is this:

This example is not so that you will run out and burn your drivers licenses, but is given so that you can understand what slavery and voluntary slavery is, and what freedom is; and the importance of knowing the difference.

In a socialist society, you are given a privilege to drive a car. You are unable to drive a car unless you agree to conform to it's societies rules and laws before you drive. These laws are not based upon the right of liberty.

In a (truly) free society you have a right to drive a car for the liberty you already posses. If you brake laws that are "necessary" to protect others, you can be fined or jailed. You are justly punished for misusing your responsibility you have in possessing the right you already possess.

The line is clear if you understand the laws, rights and principles of freedom

A document that shows that you know how to drive is a "necessary" law. Once this is established, the only form by which government has recourse is for judicial justice to criminal or to civil justice between individuals in a incident of dispute.

Do not confuse a "document" with a "license", these serve as different means.

One, the document, establishes that you know how to drive within your rights of liberty to come and go as you wish, as a means of transportation; This can be shown through a graduation certificate from a public or private school that offers drivers training. This type of document is perpetual;

The other, the license, grants you the privilege to drive from the state; and must be renewed. It's purpose is more for control should you not choose to pay for the bureaucracy, keeping track of people and providing income for the bureaucracy.

The license does not insure anything more than the document with regard to driving ability;

Case in point: 99% of all auto accidents and vehicle crimes are from people that possess drivers "licenses".

The definitions we are presenting here is "rights necessarily ceded", and "Essential Natural Rights in terms given up".

Rights Necessarily Ceded, refers to nonessential rights and non natural rights that are ceded only to protect other person's essential natural rights out of absolute necessity; They cannot be "arbitrary" laws.

Essential Natural Rights refers to those essential rights you possess that you cannot give up; Nor can they be taken away. These are inalienable rights. Life, Liberty, Property and the pursuit of happiness.

Make note of these definitions shown above in "The Rights of the Colonists", as they will be followed further in this section.

It is the subtlety of socialistic laws that attempt to find argument for necessity in their own reasoning for all the laws they impose and all the bureaucracies they create; These laws are usually of arbitrary reasoning. Rarely do they start, which they should, from the foundations of freedom that are provided and have been established for us in a free country and all people of every nation which considers itself free.

Another example: Free law would "start" by acknowledging that all citizens have a right to, and of, liberty and to use any form of transportation they have the ability to operate: horse, bicycle, car or aircraft; and then establish what laws are "necessary" to protect other persons rights, without adversely effecting the "right to liberty they are in possession of" to come and go as they wish.

Again, this example is only to illustrate what slavery and voluntary slavery is, and what freedom is; and the importance of knowing the difference.

Rights of the Colonists:

 "The natural liberty of man is to be "free from" any superior power on earth, and not to be under the will or legislative authority of man; but only to have the "law of nature" for his rule."

It is essential for all free citizens to know when that line between socialism which has evidence of slavery; and freedom which is established in essential natural rights, is crossed; and how to make corrections.

Further, we must know how to recognize when laws are created solely to support any unneeded government bureaucracies that place unnecessary burdens of laws or taxation on freedoms or essential natural rights.

Old Wig:  "... and I am firmly persuaded that scarcely a man of common sense can be found, that does not wish for an efficient federal government, and lament that it has been delayed so long. Yet at the same time it is a matter of immense consequence, in establishing a government which is to last for ages, and which, if it be suffered to depart from the principles of liberty in the beginning, will in all probability, never return to them, that we consider carefully what sort of government we are about to form. Power is very easily encreased; indeed it naturally grows in every government; but it hardly ever lessens."

"The Congress shall have power to levy and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises." And what are the individual states to do, or how are they to subsist? may they also lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises? If they should, the miserable subject will be like sheep twice shorne; the skin must follow the fleece."

2.) Prevention

"Prevention" is the number one excuse what socialist countries attempt to use to find "necessity" for laws that are not established from the simple foundations of freedom.


Freedom and free law, is based on the foundations of freedom that have been established and provided for us which rely on personal responsibilities and just law.

These laws are "founded" from natural reason, Gods laws (Judeo-Christian) and equity.


Rights of the Colonists:  "... All positive and civil laws, should conform as far as possible, to the Law of natural reason and equity.--"

"... Just and true liberty, equal and impartial liberty" in matters spiritual and temporal, is a thing that all Men are clearly entitled to, by the eternal and immutable laws Of God and nature, as well as by the law of Nations, & all well grounded municipal laws, which "must" have their "foundation" in the "former".--

"....Every natural Right not expressly given up or from the nature of a Social Compact "necessarily" ceded remains.--"


Prevention established in laws created by government that regulate the law abiding before they commit any crime  is directly related to fear in government.

John Adams, Thoughts on Government, 1776:

"Fear is the foundation of most governments; but it is so sordid and brutal a passion, and renders men in whose breasts it predominates so stupid and miserable, that Americans will not be likely to approve of any political institution which is founded on it.".
